Renovation of the City of Enid's administrative offices for better public service and building performance.
Project overview
The City of Enid’s administration building is where residents pay bills, pull permits and meet with city staff. This project improved the building for the public and the people who work there.
Henson’s role
Municipal work requires transparency, careful budgeting and the ability to keep public services running during construction. Henson provided preconstruction estimating and scheduling, then phased the work so city departments could keep serving residents throughout.
The result
Improved public-facing space and building systems for Enid’s municipal government — built by a company headquartered just down the road.
